Description
A comprehensive and in-depth study of management functions of planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling operations, including current issues and challenges of globalization. In addition, this course investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and organizational structure will have on behavior within the organizations and how that behavior affects the performance of organizations.
