Study of the applications of mathematical methods for managerial decision-making. The methods studied include optimization techniques, linear, nonlinear, and integer programming as applied to production management, marketing, finance, accounting, and personnel management decisions. In addition, Transportation, Assignment, Inventory, Waiting Line models, and Project Management (PERT/CPM) are discussed in detail.
